PORTFOLIO

Spring Marketing works with a range of businesses undertaking one-off projects and providing continuous consultancy support. Below are some examples of work Spring Marketing has completed.

Client: Life Coach (new business)

Project: to write copy for the client's website that clearly explains to readers (with no knowledge of life coaching) what life coaching is, how it can be used to help people and how the coaching process works.  A prior consultation was held to gain a full understanding of the client's individual strengths, the business itself and how coaching works.  In addition the consultation was used to identify key messages, unique selling points, target audiences and business objectives, all of which were taken into consideration and incorporated in the final copy.

Client: HR technology solutions company (established business)

Project: to write a press release about the launch of a new service aimed at HR/personnel managers and others responsible for recruitment in companies.  The first step was to establish the six key elements of a press release: Who, What, Why, Where, When and How.  The key messages that the client wanted to communicate to readers were then identified and agreed along with the types of publications that should be targeted to ensure the story would be read by the right people. Distribution and coverage analysis was also managed by Spring Marketing.

Client: Commercial contracts training (new division of an established company)

Project: To produce a marketing strategy for the new training arm of the business and assist with implementation of the PR campaign.  Following two business planning workshops the strategy was written and presented to the client.  The next step was to plan the PR campaign supporting the launch of the training at a local business exhibition.  This involved writing the press release, sourcing relevant publications and editorial contacts, distribution of the release and subsequent coverage analysis.

Client: Independent school

Project: Design and production of adverts, a termly newsletter, leaflet and posters.  This client wished to raise its profile locally and incorporate a new brand design into its external communications.  All the new literature, especially the newsletter has received very positive feedback from existing and potential parents, staff, Governors and the local community.  Current projects include copy writing for the client's new website, based on the brief written by Spring Marketing for the website designer.
